About Return/Exchange
Online purchases have a 7-day trial period. Returns and exchanges are accepted for any obvious defects not listed on the product page . Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons of size or color difference, personal preference, or discrepancy with the product's stated information. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase (including holidays). Returns and exchanges after this date will not be accepted.
Shipping Fee Description
- For packages that can be sent by convenience stores, 7-11/FamilyMart has a fixed shipping fee of NT$60, and free shipping for purchases over NT$2,000.
- Items exceeding the size for convenience store delivery will be charged NT$80 for postal delivery and other courier services will incur a separate charge. Please contact us first.
- For products shipped overseas, please contact us first.
How long will it take for the product to be shipped?
Items are typically shipped within three days (excluding store closings). Multiple orders and product adjustments may result in longer lead times. Please contact us if you have time pressures.
Can I try on the products on the website in-store?
Due to limited store space, some items may not be available due to seasonal changes, style changes, or market sales. If you'd like to try on your favorite items, please contact us in advance to avoid disappointment.
